Your satisfaction is essential to us, that is why we offer 30-day return so you have time to make sure your purchase is perfect. 

If you are not completely satisfied wth your purchse for any reason, you may return or exchange within 30 days from when the product was shipped, subject to the conditions and exclusions below:

Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below, if not all of the conditions are met, Jress.com reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a minimum 10% restocking fee.

  • You must obtain an RMA code from Jress.com customer services before sending the item.
  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, with its label attached, along with any gifts sent with the product.
  • Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two days of receipt of mechandise.
  • Jress.com can only refund the original purchase price.
  • Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Special order mechandise
  • Any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable

Defective or Damaged Items

Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same design and equivalent specifications.


Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

Refunds & Credits

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 3 weeks.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, Jress.com reserve the right to charge your credit card for any fees we incur at time of package receipt. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Please always use a trackable shipping service, fully insured the package, and securely package the items in original packing materials. We are not responsible for stolen or lost items.
